GreenZ is a web application designed for slow connections: screens load with little data and training sheets stay readable once the page is open. A connection is still needed to save an entry; offline mode, with syncing when the network returns, is planned for a later phase.
No. Each organisation has its own isolated database schema, cache space and storage. Exchanges between organisations, for instance on the marketplace, are explicit, authorised by you and logged.
No. The agents assist: they read your data, the weather and the market, then suggest an action with its confidence level and explanation. The decision, and its validation by your technician, remain yours.
Yes, anytime from settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are billed pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Today the Basic plan is free and Pro and Premium subscriptions are paid by bank transfer on invoice. Mobile money (MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money) and card payment are on their way.
A morning. Creating the workspace takes ten minutes, drawing or importing plots about an hour, and the team is invited by e-mail. The “Get started” training path takes 30 minutes.
Yes. The whole interface, tutorials, documentation and AI agent answers exist in Malagasy, French and English. Each user picks their language independently of other members.
Yes. You can export plots, crops, tasks and finances as CSV or Excel at any time. API access is planned for the Pro and Premium plans. Your data is deleted 30 days after cancellation.
