Terms of use

1. The service

GreenZ is a farm management platform: plots, crops, livestock, tasks, resources, cash flow, marketplace, and artificial intelligence agents (advice, photo diagnosis, forecasts, GreenX). The service is available online in French, English and Malagasy.

It is published by shiraZzZu (see the legal notice).

2. Account and organisation

• An account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken from your session. Enable the second factor on an exposed account.
• An organisation gathers the members of a farm. Its owner manages roles, the plan and the deletion of the organisation.
• You warrant that the information provided is accurate and that you are entitled to enter the data of the farm you administer.

3. Plans, trial and payment

• Every new organisation starts on the Basic plan, free with no time limit and no card required.
• Upgrading to Pro or Premium is possible at any time from the Offer page. When GreenZ grants a trial, the organisation automatically returns to the Basic plan when it ends. Your data is kept; only some usage limits apply.
• Pro and Premium plans are billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on the site. Until online payment opens, plan upgrades are handled by our team on request.
• Prices are in ariary and may change; a price change applies to a running subscription only at renewal, after prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use GreenZ to:

• compromise the security of the service, attempt to access another organisation’s data or circumvent usage limits;
• publish unlawful, misleading listings or listings for prohibited products on the marketplace;
• send illegal, defamatory content or content infringing third-party rights;
• resell the service or extract its contents in bulk.

A serious breach may lead to immediate suspension of the account, with notice where possible.

5. Artificial intelligence agents

Advice, diagnoses and forecasts produced by the AI agents are decision aids based on statistical models and reference sheets. They may be incomplete or wrong. You remain solely responsible for the agronomic, health, financial or commercial decisions taken for your farm. When in doubt, consult an agronomist or a veterinarian.

6. Your data

• You remain the owner of the data you enter. You only grant us the right to process it to provide the service.
• You can request its export and the deletion of your account in writing, under the conditions described in the privacy policy.
• We may produce aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example price trends by region) that do not identify you.

7. Availability and support

We do what is needed to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions: maintenance, failure of a third-party provider (AI models, weather, messaging) or force majeure. Support is by e-mail and, for paid plans, through the channels shown in your workspace.

8. Intellectual property

The GreenZ software, its interface, brand and editorial content remain the property of the publisher and their authors. Agronomy sheets from open sources keep their source licence, shown on each sheet.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher’s liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount paid for the service over the last twelve months. The publisher is not liable for crop, livestock or income losses resulting from a decision taken on the basis of information provided by the service.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate an account for breach of these terms or after more than 24 months of inactivity, with 30 days’ notice by e-mail.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Malagasy law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts of Antananarivo.
